CGT Lettings Limited are delighted to announce the acquisition of Gloucestershire based residential lettings and estate agent Twinley Property, owned by Saffron Dougall and Amber Hinds.
Twinley Property was set up by Saffron and Amber in 2019 to sell and let property around the city of Gloucester. Both having previous backgrounds in estate agency and lettings, Saffron and Amber took their passion for property to launch their own bespoke business. After 3 successful years, they made the decision to move on from Twinley to spend more time with their families and focus on new and exciting projects in the future. This acquisition, the third for CGT in 3 years, adds further strength to their rental portfolio and bolsters their sales pipeline by increasing their footprint across the city of Gloucester. CGT Sales was set up to sell property across market in 2019 and has been fast growing ever since, now with 3 members of staff working with vendors and buyers across the county. Following a robust due diligence process, the asset sale of Twinley took place officially as of 1st September 2022.
Saffron and Amber said about their decision to move on from Twinley: “It wasn’t an easy decision to close our successful and well revered business, that said we take great reassurance knowing our loyal clients are going to be taken care of by CGT, a fellow conscientious estate and letting agency who share the same ethos and will deliver the same high standard of service expected by our clients.
This decision derived from the difficulty of juggling to maintain our total commitment to our clients alongside that of our other full-time job as parents. We must also prioritise our wellbeing after the last year, which has taken a great toll on it.
We, therefore, hand over the reins to the capable hands of CGT along with our best wishes.”

The sale was effective at the beginning of September and the team at CGT have spent a busy few days making contact with all new landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers to facilitate a smooth transition into working with CGT.
CGT lettings now has nearly 2000 properties under management across its five branches in Cheltenham, Gloucester, Quedgeley & Kingsway, Tewkesbury and Stroud. The sales division CGT Sales operates from a central location in Cheltenham, selling property across the county.
